Hunter Awarded tender win for Commonwealth recruitment with place on the People Panel
Hunter are delighted to announce their recent successful appointment to the “People Panel” for the recruitment of APS personnel by Commonwealth entities for ongoing or non-ongoing positions and search activities relating to board positions.
The Department of Finance has recently established a new Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) mandatory coordinated procurement involving Recruitment and Search Services, Labour Hire Services and Contractor Services (the People Panel).
The Panel consolidates service categories from more than 20 previous panels across the Australian Government to just four and will lead to improved consistency of standardised rates and reduce tendering efforts, cut red tape, lower admin overheads and provide cost savings and efficiencies.
Hunter has been appointed as an approved service provider on three out of four available categories including; Category 2 (Expert/Specialised Role Recruitment Services), Category 3 (Candidate Sourcing Services) and Category 4 (Board Search Services).
This Panel has now commenced as of 19 October 2022 and will expire on 30 September 2026 but with the provision to extend this for further period(s) of up to four years in total to 30 September 2030.
