This package is designed to assist junior level staff, staff who have been with the company for a short length of time (less than 2 years) or staff that are being retrenched in a buoyant job market. Staff who fit one or more of these criteria are likely to secure new employment relatively easily, in a short timeframe (1 – 2 months) and with a lower degree of stress. This program provides the basic tools and advice necessary to assist these individuals back into employment

1. A personal consultant assigned to assist and support them for 1 month
2. Initial (1 hour) consultation
3. Action plan for moving forward
4. A professionally created Resume
5. A professionally created Cover letter
6. Advice on job search techniques and working with recruitment agencies
7. Advice on interview techniques
