We are currently expanding and looking for experienced recruiters in Perth and Melbourne – ideally with at least 2 + years working in a similar role. (Senior candidates with 8 + years are also encouraged to apply)
 
We are not heavily KPI focussed and will not expect you to be chained to your desk from 7am to 7pm or make hundreds of cold calls a week, but we do encourage hard work and success and we will make sure we reward you financially for this as well as giving you some flexibility and autonomy and a fun and enjoyable working environment
 
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of roles at different levels, using all the tools at your disposal to source the best possible candidates in the market for our clients.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Sourcing, shortlisting, screening & interviewing candidates for white collar technical roles over the phone & face to face
  • Supporting retained executive searches and learning executive search techniques
  • Sourcing candidates utilising multiple avenues including our internal database, network, and external sources
  • Developing talent pipelines
  • Working closely with key clients to engage the right candidates for their open positions
  • Build strong relationships with clients & candidates
  • Identify business development opportunities within our key industry sectors
 
About you:
 
  • A can do, positive attitude with an appetite to learn and succeed
  • Previous white collar recruitment experience – preferably within one of our key industry sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in relevant recruitment systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Bullhorn)
  • Ability to work autonomously & manage your time efficiently
  • Ability to work well in a team environment & collaborate with colleagues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Energetic, focused & likes a challenge
