This package is designed to assist more mid-level staff, staff who have been with the company for a medium length of time (3 – 10 years) or staff that are being retrenched in a steady job market. Staff who fit one or more of these criteria are likely to secure new employment in a slightly longer timeframe (3 – 4 months) and may experience some difficulty. This program provides a higher level of support and more assistance.

  3. Counseling for redundancy – expected unemployment timeframes, managing finances, budgeting and coping with stress
  4. Budgeting tools
  5. Action plan for moving forward

  7. A professionally created Cover letter
  8. A professionally created LinkedIn profile
  9. Advice on job search techniques and working with recruitment agencies
  10. Target list of companies to approach in their industry
  11. Advice on interview techniques
  12. Advice on networking
  13. 2nd consultation (1 hour) to provide feedback and advice during the application and interview process
